I notice in the changelog (Thanks Alex B!) that 11.1.179 included "Slight" changes to the way panes to the right behave when panes to the left are altered. Does this mean that it doesn't work anymore? Because I can't get any version past .178 to work as I'd expect when clicking on lower panes and then altering upper ones.
If so, fine. I can use .178. Does anybody know of any "serious" (data-affecting) bugs in .178?

Ya it doesn't seem to do bi directional anymore...
If I have a right pane highlited and you change something on the left, everything to the righ is reset.
Bug, or was this done intentionally?

I was using V 11.14x and then 11.163 when the bi-directional filtering change appeared. It sounds like an improvement to me. I finally got to v 11.178 a few days ago and really liked the bi-directional filtering change. The MC 11 updated itself to v 11.183 and bi-directional filtering seems to be gone.
I like the way bi-directional filtering works. I hope it comes back in Mc 12 if not in an 11.xxx version.

It still works fine, even in the latest builds.
Right click on your viewscheme and "edit viewshceme". You can turn on bi-directional filtering there. it has been slightly modified from its original implementation (As i remember, it was just tweaked so that selecting any item in a pane which already has an item selected will clear that pane's selection to highlight your new selection. I could be wrong) , but essentially still works the same.
This feature is so good.
