My volume level on my Ipod was just fine until I turned on Replay Gain on MC. (Replay Gain corrected the problem of having some songs on my Ipod play at different volume levels). I'm using MC10 and I did the volume analyzer, then I checked off the replay gain box in DSP studio. But I did not touch the db level which stood at zero. I was not sure what to do with that so I left it alone. All I would like to do is have every song play at roughly the same level (w/o losing any quality) and be able to crank a song on my Ipod when I want to.
Thanks in advance for your help.

If I decide to turn off (uncheck the box) replay gain in MC, how do I get it removed on my Ipod? I mean do I now have to restore my Ipod and download all my songs again from MC onto my Ipod? Will synchronizing do this?
I could stick with Replay Gain, but I do not know eanything about increasing the db adjustment.
Thanks.

In the IPod settings, make sure 'Soundcheck' is set to 'off'.
