Title: Files at bottom not sorting correctly

I can see the rating column in the fields at bottom that shows the correct column to be sorted  (1 w/down arrow) yet the actual soting is incorrect.  The column is sorted by rating but look how it is actually sorted:

I have no other sorting preferences set beyond the rating.  This seems like a bug?
