Title: Playlists & Smartlists

If I create a smartlist in MC, how do I transfer it to my iPod?  I'm not really sure how the whole playlist/smartlist syncing works.  If all of my music files are on the iPod, can I just transfer the playlist/smartlist?  Is MC smart enough not to transfer the music files if they are already on the iPod.  Anything special about transfering a smartlist?

In MC11.1, you can sync by playlist, including any smartlist.

Set it up under Tools/Options/Handhelds.

Thank you for the reply.  I know of the sync option, but is there a way to manual transfer them?  I don't have sync setup, I usually just manual move songs.  If I sync a playlist, does it move the songs also, even if they are already on the iPod?

Just grab the smartlist and drop it on the manual transfer pane (using action window)

MC will only transfer any songs not already on the iPod - works well

Small bug (in my view anyway): If a smartlist contains other smartlists the transfer of songs works correctly but the "sub smartlists" themselves are not transferred
