Title: computer crashed, but i have no restores left?

Hi all, my computer crashed and i need to reinstall MC on my other computer, but it says i dont have anymore restores left. anyway i can renew my keys? who do i speak w\? i use media center daily, so need to figure out whats going on? i dont think i have restored that many times, i have 2 comps and have had a couple crashes but i dont think i have restored 10 times.
