Title: Does MC duplicate(store twice) tracks in playlists?
Post by: weston on June 10, 2006, 09:25:23 am
Hi,
I suspicously have 400 more songs than expect in on my iPod now that I'm syncing with MC.  It appears that each time I create a playlist its members are sync'd again to the iPod.

Is this true?  If so why and can something be done to just have playlists be lists like in iTunes and not more songs.

Thanks!

Make sure you have a recent version of MC11.1.

Then check your settings (Tools, Options, Handheld) when you have your iPod connected.

There is an option for whether to delete files not in the sync list.  Check it if that's what you want.
