Does Anyone Know Of A Way To Write Text To A Image Or Thru A ActiveX Control? (A Free Control Would be Nice)

I Think Playing Now Does This Some How

You mean like to a tag or something?

I'm guessing you mean overlaying text on to an image....
Bound to be a way to do it....

yes, and the text and image become one
