Title: Pasting images crashes MC

I'm seeing crashes of MC, no fatal exception msg or error reporting, I tag a bunch of files then tag files with cover art (in stopped mode) and all tag changes have been lost as well as the cover art when I reopen MC.

Updating Library From Tags fixes the tags, so MC is tagging and making tag changes immediately but crashing and losing the changes in the library.

Just happend again:

Pasted 240x240 image to tags and to folder as Artist - Album.jpg and Mc crashes w/o warning. I am tagging .ape files.

Searched for Lousi Armstrong, copied image from one album, & pasted to another.

Playback of Coltrane album continues until I hit back button then forward button and attempt to remove text from search box, whereupon I get Windows Error Reporting Message and MC crash.

I'm not having crashes but I do have the same problem of losing the manually attached coverart that I drag and drop to the image window, this has always been so for me no what build or machine I use.

I have crashed only 3-4 times in about 75 pastes. I often stop playback and then tag, with changes set to occur as file changes are made, maybe a process is lingering from playback. I'll paste and then hit the back button and MC seems to crash just about then.
