Been there, tried that.  I've got a load of full-album rips with absolutely NO internal tag data and need to regen/rebuild the tag data and embed the rebuilt tags or recreate an external /cue file.

I've just started to play around with MusicBrainz (http://musicbrainz.org/tagger/index.html)

Do you have access to the original CDs at all? If so, I think EAC can create a new CUE sheet for you.

Sounds like you need to match the albums with pre-genereated cue-files. You have the big file but no, cue file. So you will have to search by album, try CueSheet Heaven (http://www.regeert.nl/cuesheet/)
