Title: Esc Key on Search Box

Can you make the Esc key clear the Search contents in the search box?  This is what many other programs use and I am used to the key.  Also, is there a key combination which will jump to the Search box so I can type without touching the mouse?

shift+ESC clears the search box.

try hitting ctrl+F or ctrl+Q

They're both search options, but with slight (but obvious) differences. Maybe one of those will your bill?
