Title: Automatic image copying

I would like to get the cover art for my cds on to my Sansa.  Would there be an easy way to do this?  I have considered tagging the album art inside of images and then setting images to sync based on artist/album --if I could create those tags in the images.

I am going on a trip soon and really want the cover art to work.  I just need a temporary solution to get it automatically resized and copied one time!  Is there something I could quickly figure out?  If not, I may just go through and manually resize and copy 100 images.  It is worth it to me because I spent a ton of time as it is to get the art scanned in at high resolution.
