Title: Automatic folder updating or watching

Is there a way to schedule automatic scanning of the folders I use for my library?  Between my various library accounts (for other users), one may modify something, either breaking file locations or updating tags.  These items are not updated in the database for MC until a complete scan would be run.  Is there a way to setup an automatic scan of 4 folders every other day or so when MC is running?  I know scanning is quite nicely hidden and merely has a little window in the bottom left and the user can use MC while it updates, so it wouldn't get in the way.

For now, KingSparta (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?action=profile;u=296) has created a plugin that will probably give you most of what you want.  You can grab it on his personal site over here (http://www.spartasoft.com/MC-Plugins/index.html).
