Well I am not sure whether there's a topic related to this. I'm too lazy to search.

Now the thing is, is there a plugin for Media Center to submit data with last.fm? if yes what is it?

The "Playing Now" plugin allows you to do this.

please bear in mind that the plugin available from the last.fm site is more than a little bit on the buggy side.

If you decide to use it, and find that MC begins to crash midway through tracks, the first thing you should do is check that the last.fm plugin is properly logged in.
