Title: Sync with multiple mini-SD cards
Post by: kkwst2 on July 07, 2006, 05:27:09 pm
I have a PPC-6700 that I use as my portable audio player.  I have a 2G card and a 512 card that I sync music to and play back using TCPMP.  I sync using a small USB SD card adapter.

The  problem is that I first sync'd with the 2G card, and it had me name it and choose which lists I wanted to keep in sync.  That was fine until I tried to use the 512 card with the same adapter.  MC thinks it's the same card, and wants to reload everything I had on the 2G card.  I want the two cards to have different playlists on them.

Any thoughts on how to solve this?  Right now, I'm syncing one on my work comp and one at home, but don't really like this arrangement.

Sounds like a bug.

I use a similar setup at home (PPC + SD + TCPMP) but I always use the same memory card.

We'll see what we can do.
