Title: Storage folder for liner notes?

Yup, an old fashoned 3 ring 'D' binder.

has anyone found any clear plastic folder inserts that will hold standard-sized CD liners and cover?  I'd love to get rid of the crates of empty jewel cases (my CDs are stored on 50 disk spindles) but still have the original, printed, notes and cover art available.
