Title: Creating new WMA 192's with MC
Post by: apnakon on July 12, 2006, 05:04:12 pm
Hi All,

I'm just new to Media Centre so I apologise in advance if this question is too simple.

I' like to be able to 're-cut' my WMA 192 songs so that they are 'modified' by DFX 7.3 (which I have also recently purchased and am very impressed with).  My master plan would then be to use these on my portable player etc.

Any help/advice on how I would be able to do this would be very much appreciated.

Many Thanks,

Adrian.

ps.  Congrats on an excellent product.  I had been looking at quite a few Media type apps and Media Centre is the best by a very far margin!   :)

MC has a conversion tool to convert to other formats.  Is that what you mean?

Hi Jim,

Thanks for your reply.

I don't know if the format tool will work in that way, but I'd like to use the DFX modified music as the feed into the new WMA file.  Is that possible?

If it is, could you please explain to me how I could do this.

Thanks Again,

Adrian.
