Title: restore code

I have been trying to restore music center 11.I recieved restore code and it's not working
Please help Jorge Rodriguez

First - check your system date.
Second - make sure you are downloading a current restore file and not trying to use an old one (they are only good for a short period of time).

Odds are it is the first issue.  I had that happen to me once, and I would have SWORN that my system date was correct.

I bought media center 11 a while ago used it succesfully until my computer crashed one day Now I'm trying to restore it,with no information left I turned to JRiver to help me with my restoration code I submitted my e-mail address and they replied with a restoration code that matches my e-mail,but unfortunately it is not working.I don't know what else to do.Any suggestion?

First install MC11, then go to the restore web page and enter your restore code. If that doesn't work, please post the error message you are getting, or the exact steps that are failing.

This is the error (WE COULD NOT FIND THAT LICENCE)
