Title: Library Browser

Just went to version 11.1 and seems ok so far but I can not find the library browser. Is it gone or just put somewhere that I have not looked yet??

It was merged with the media library and now you simply have view schemes of media content which you can either view as tiles, panes, or details.   Much better in my opinion.

hover the mouse where it says 'panes' in the viewscheme (top left, with a little down-facing triangle to its right) and try clicking the options given.
also play around with the menu you see on the other side called 'options'

hopefully, you'll enjoy what you see.
