am wondering what is going on.
i sent email to jim h. here at this email or private message address but no reply.? been a month. or more as now the 30 day limit is well past on the download of mjb8 which i got the same day i sent email.
so i am posting in public as to see if i get answered now by some one.
I also have a few new questions as i have just read some of the new posts.
1. i do not want to use the online way of paying for things as i don't like giving credit card or other private info over the inter net, so how can i get the lic. by paying for it in snail mail and how would i send it there.
2. are you going to make a multi line product. as with mc9 and mjb8 keeping one with all the tv stuff and one for new music jukebox only items.
3. does the lic. cause any trouble when it is expired if you dont connect to the internet. exp.( will i lose the wav editor or tagging options i get with the lic.)
4. if the answer to number 2 is no. and the answer to number 3 is yes. does that mean i have to buy mc9 in order not to lose the options optained when buying the program.
5. if i come up there to your place jim. and give you a check money order or cash can i get the lic number then. or do i need to pay some one else.
i think those are all the questions i need answered now. i really like your wav editor better then the one i had before and the one from soundblaster.
and i really want to have the tagging being done by mjb8 as i have always thought it was doing it.
now i have been going in through the winamp file info one at a time and re-typing all 82 hours of song files one at a time.
which i had allready done in mjb7 and mjb8, not knowing it was not doing it for me.
until a couple of months ago when some one else posted about it here.
i checked mine to see if they were there.
so that is the major reason i decided to buy this as no other one is so well thought out.
but i need answers to the questions i posted above. it is not able for me to understand the faq which i believe does not answer these.
You were so much easier to follow and understand where you were going with this back at version 4.

1. thats the way it is and it does not look like it will change
2. no word on this
3. you need to be connected to the internet, the license file is good for 14 days after it is downloaded to use it to restore your computers not connected to the internet
i would rather use MC9 for taging it does a better job and the tags are more compatable with other programs.

so in your answer for number 1. your saying there is no way to send payment by snail mail and get a code to go online and get the the file.?
in your number 3 answer it is confusing to me the way you worded it to me can you try a different wording?
because it sounds like i have to restore the computer every 14 days??

I know you dont do email support but i did not think asking how to get a lic by snail mail was support. ? :-/
