Title: Import iPod ratings into Media Center

Here's the situation. I have a 60gb iPod with thousands of rated songs. I've been using anapod and want to switch to Media Center. My ratings are only stored on the iPod b/c I have not been using iTunes. Is there a way to import the ratings from my iPod into Media Center?

Ratings are imported when you sync with MC11.1.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm not sure I gave you enough info. Here's my exact situation. I have an iPod with about 9,000 songs, about 6,000 of them rated. I have a hard disc library of about 14,000 songs on hard disc - all 9,000 songs on the iPod plus about 5,000 more. The iPod files are not tied to the hard disc library - I've just been manually transferring them with anapod. I'd like to get things set up so that I have a Media Center library that syncs with my iPod. I don't want to lose my ratings though. I've been playing around with Media Center and reading posts in this forum but can't figure out how to set this up.

You could move a few files to a new directory and try it.
