Title: Media center with lower end Russound Systems
Post by: amheck on July 25, 2006, 06:02:43 pm
Hi everyone, we're about half way thru our new house rennovation.  Of course, everything is adding up to more $$ than we thought, so I have begus to try and find a good multi-zone audio solution with a somewhat lower cost.

I did some reading on AVS FOrum and found this great software.  Right now, I really like the CAM66, but money-wise, the CAA66 or even the CAS44 look better.

I'd like to be able to distribute audio from my media center PC, as well as from a few other sources, maybe a CD player and the all-music channels on the TV.  I think this is where MC comes in, but most people seem to link these up with the CAV66 and/or the CAM66.

So what I was wondering was.....with MC still do what I want if I go with one of the lower end Russound systems?

Thanks!
Aaron

I assume you found us through the threads at AVSForum about Russound and the plug-in written by hyslopc.  Those posts are the last word on any functionality with Russound, so please post there if you haven't.

There is a link in our FAQ on this board.
