Title: Continue ripping after read error?

MJ used to continue to the next track when it encountered a read error - and would show "Failed" in the CD Copy display box.

Since the last update it now stops and prompts whether it should continue to the next track - very annoying!  Now I have to babysit the program for the entire rip - can't rip CD unattended and come back and clean up any problems later.

Am I missing something easy - any solution???  How do I make it skip the bad reads automatically?
