Title: iPod problem

well, i have windows 98 which is the whole reason i use mediacenter. well, 90% of it... and it has decided after this update to yet again not recognize my ipod. this is time 3 in the last 18 monthes and i am about ready to throw in the towel. what is the point of superior features if my playlists get eaten every 6 monthes because i dont have the proper minor upgrade to rollback a upgrade that make my ipod useless for transfers?

Can you copy your system info from MC Help and paste it here?

Which iPod do you have?  Have you recently updated its firmware (ipodupdater)?

Can you describe your problem in detail?
