When I ask for my registration code (I lost it), am told you can't find it, so I am unable to Restore. As far as I can tell I am still registered, so why won't it give me my code?

Please see the FAQ under Jukebox/purchase above, but you may have a 7.x license or older. These can't be recovered.

Just some advice,
I had this error the other day, the e-mail check is case sensitive.
Try a few different casings for your e-mail (my problem was I needed to write it like this: Nila@... instead of nila@...)
Might solve your problem for you :)
