Got a nice bonus from work this week so I went out and picked up a 22" WS Samsung monitor.  My son gets the hand-me-down 19" that this replaced.

I'm glad I held off on the 21" WS I was looking at before.
If you measure the visible screen height of the 19" standard display and the 22" WS I got, the 22 is only maybe 1/8" shorter than the 19.
Had I gotten the 21, the difference in screen height would have been much more noticeable.
I like the way the heights match up nicely as I use Ultramon to bounce programs back and forth from screen to screen as needed.
