Title: Logitech wireless DJ - sends audio via wireless

This device and its software appears to capture audio output and send it via a wireless transmitter to a remote receiver at your stereo.  It appears to use a dedicated wireless connection rather than Wi-Fi.  The remote has an LCD and an iPod like scroll wheel.

The Logitech site says tha it can start up iTunes or WMP.  Perhaps it could also control MC.

iTunes, WMP & MusicMatch only.  It also fails to do lossless.
