Title: Theater Mode and Play controls
Post by: Siafu11 on August 19, 2006, 06:25:42 pm
Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to map keyboard commands to the Play/Stop/FF/RW functions in theater mode. I noticed there are shortcuts listed in the 'Player' Menu in fullscreen mode, but these shortcuts don't seem to work in theater mode. Is there any way to change this, or program additional shortcuts for theater mode?

They should work. Ctrl-P = Play. Ctrl-S = Stop. Ctrl-N = Next. Ctrl-P = Previous. These are consistent throught the application. If you want to do trickier things, I suggest you take a look here: http://www.jrmediacenter.com/DevZone/CommandLine.html

Thanks, the key commands do work, but for some reason the software I use for my remote seems to be the thing that isnt working. It doesn't work well with Ctrl+ commands, it seems. Is it possible to remap the shortcuts in MC11 by modifying the resource.xml file?
