Title: IPod Video not Recognized

I can't seem to get MC to recognize my Ipod Video.   I'm using MC Ver 11.194 and 1.1.1 on the Ipod Video 30gb. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please read the post at the top of this forum to generate and submit a log file. We suspect there's some iPods out there that we are having trouble detecting and we could really use your feedback.

I have the same issue with my iPod Video.  I got it to work by "restoring" using "iPod Updater" then connecting it to my computer while MC 11 is running but the iPod is turned off.  If iTunes is the first thing you use after the restore then MC won't see it.  However, once MC sees it, iTunes sees it fine.  But THEN you might have this problem:  http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=35313.0

He shouldn't be having THAT problem with 11.1.194.

SwellGuy - I too am running V194 - you need to read the entire thread, I discuss the V194 issues in the final post
