Title: Default "Save As Type"

I have several plugins installed but consistently use one. Unfortunately, every time I save a file in MediaEditor I am forced to have to change the "Save As Type" to the plugin I use [it currently defaults to (Windows PCM (*.wav)]. This is VERY frustrating. I cannot locate anything remotely addressing how to change the default "Save As Type" in MediaEditor. It appears to just be defaulting to the first plugin in the list. I considered just deleting this plugin, but for obvious reasons, I cannot afford to be without my .wav plugin.
Is there a way to set the default "Save As Type" value for the drop-down? If I delete the plugins listed above the one I consistently use will I 1)default to the one I want and 2)be able to reinstall the plugins I deleted (and have them added to the end of the list??

Sorry Mloaf, but this is just a limitation of the current Media Editor.  

Hopefully we'll get the chance to make some much-needed updates to Media Editor in version 9.
