Title: Media Editor - Transform using DSP Plugin

I'm using Media Editor to edit a wav file and I'm trying to transform the audio using a DSP plugin like the help file mentions but there is no "Plug-In Selection" item in the Transform menu. Am I missing something? I'm using Media Editor version 11.1.48. I've looked at all the plug-in's on the JR website. No menu items even mention plug-ins. Am I supposed to do something in Media Center first? Any ideas?
