Title: Error restaurando licencia Esmas MP3 Encoder

Hi, I just bought the license of JRiver, Inc. Esmas MP3 Encoder 1.0, but when I tried to use the file "MJR" file this message is shown:

Error restaurando licencia Esmas MP3 Encoder:
Invalid license, error code= 14

Do you what can I do?

I alredy tried to restore from page and file, and this same error appears :(

It looks like there is a bug with the current Esmas Player.  A new version will be released next week to fix this.

If you want to get it running now, here is a workaround:

Extract the file here:
ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/tmp/EsmasOptions.zip
to
C:\Program Files\J River\Esmas Player\Data\Default Resources\

Then visit this site and enter your code again:
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi

If it works, let us know and we'll reset your restore counter.

I'm sorry that the fix didn't work.  It should.

Please check the date on your options.xml file to make sure it was updated.

Then use your Registration Code that you were e-mailed from buy-button@jriver.com and visit the Restore page.

Report any details or error messages.

I will merge this thread with the other one later today.
