Title: cannot get updates and skins

since I upgraded from MediaCenter 10 to MC11 I cannot get any skin, trackinfo template nor updates of the prog itself. I just get error messages (unknown error) that I am unable to connect to the server. What could be the reason and what can I do to get what i want (I what I have payed for!)? :-[
