Title: Bug Report: On Install, Restart Windows, then MC not start

I don't know if it was a glitch on my end, but the last two times i installed MC 12 (.75 and .76) it asked me to restart windows.  Windows restarted and MC would not start.  It would get a little stub program in the running threads, which i would have to kill, and then the next time it would start.

Bug Reports should be reported on the top thread of the current MC12 release, so they stay all together.

I've seen them done both ways, and have seen Jim ask for seperate bug threads in some cases. 

When they are in the release announcement, they roll off and disappear unless the original poster copies them from one to the next (which a few people who have long lists do).

I'll do it however works best for JR.

Yes, please.

If you believe it will need discussion, you can start a new thread and then add a post in the main thread (for the particular build) that links to it.
