Title: Another anoying activation question....

Hi Guys

I attempted to restore my activation key, recieved one and was told that I have zero restores left.  The key does not work (says I'm out of activations) and of course I cant restore any more.  

Now what?  I've read through the FAQ and such and there is no mention of what to do once all my restores are gone.  Must I re-purchase?

Oh ya, I love MJ8 but my music server is down and it's quiet in my office right now  :'(

Hi, I'm a little confused - the last restore I show for you is back in June. That key was only valid for two weeks. Did you actually try to restore recently?

The 10 restore limit is 10 restores per year.

I attempted a restore about 2 weeks ago but it didnt seem to work.  I tried again and that was when I got the number that when entered into MJ8 said it was old.

How many restores do I theoretically have left?

As with most software companies you can have the system send you the information.

This software company also has a place for users to help them self in the FAQ's and help files

Thanks, I think.....

As I stated in my original post, I'd read through the FAQ.

I attempted exactly that which you linked to below but was rewarded with a nonfunctioning key and zero restores left.  Today it worked.  If you had something to do wit it, thanks, if not...

Now I understand. Two weeks ago he was out of restores, now he isn't (because it's the one year anniversary of his first restore)...
