Title: List Style Toolbar Buttons (Blast From The Past)

Remember this from way back when?

Well... Its been a little while, and the "new" buttons still all have the same icon.  Since you're obviously working on new art for MC (love the new MC icon BTW, though the installer still doesn't use the new one) how about some love for these icons finally?

(Man, it took a while to find those threads!)

And while you're at it, how about putting those buttons on the view headers so that we dont have to go into a menu to switch each time.  :)
