Title: Windows Mobile Phone not showing up under Vista RC1

My Motorolla Q is not being detected as a handheld device using 11.1.200 under Vista RC1.  It is correctly showing up in Windows Media Center and under My Computer.

Title: Not showing up using MC 12 and Vista RTM either

I am unable to sync to my Windows Mobile Phone using MC 12/Vista RTM.  Windows Media Player works fine.
