Reinstall Media Center then, uninstall it using Control Panel.

Start>>Settings>>control panel>>add/remove programs
look for Media Center 11 then choose and uninstall.

Why do you want to uninstall Media Center anyways? ?

You should never directly delete any installed program or its files

you should always use add\remove programs in windows or some programs have a "Uninstall" link where the program is listed Under "Start"

Also Sometimes Programs leave leftovers in the registry, after a "Un-Install" is done A Registry cleaner program like Norton Utilities or Registry mechanic or such can help cleanup the left over registry entries.

Also some registry cleaners have a compact option where it can reduce the wasted space in a registry. This Option always requires a restart of the system.

If the program is still listed in Add\Remove what "Matthew" said should remove the program cleanly.
