Title: Track Info Visualizations - Script Error
Post by: lpr on October 01, 2006, 12:27:16 pm
Hello,

I don't know if this is MC 12 related, but sometimes, when I'm using the track info visualizations I get a:

"Internet Explorer Script Error" message.

Line: 112
Char: 50
Erro: Expected ','
Code: 0

I'm currently using the "best" & "best for tv" Track info, but I've seen this error with other templates.

Any idea what causes that? because once this error message appears, I've got to hit YES to the question:

"Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?" if not, the track info visualizations jams there.

Thanks in advance

I used to get script errors like that a lot… not necessarily in MC, but in help files and other programs that use the IE rendering engine. When I got satellite internet, the installer went to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Restore defaults and since then I have not seen those script errors. You might want to try that.

Thanks for the tip, but I just tried it and got another error message:

This time it's Char: 84

Bump.

I'm still getting those. Went in IE, and disabled script error message display, but I'm still having them.
