Title: Upgrade from MC 10 to MC 11

Hi folks

Can I get the EXACT web page to do the aboce, the normal purchase page

http://www.jrmediacenter.com/purchase.html

has nothing about upgrading

Click on the link for MC11 on that page.

Make sure you have MC10 installed and registered first.  Then install MC11 and you'll get an upgrade price when you purchase.

The download link just keeps hanging there, nothings being sent, is the site having problems?

Downloads are working.  Try the alternate download link on the page.  Where it says:

Click here if you are unable to download using the button above.[/quote

If that works, something on your PC is blocking FTP.  The alternate uses HTTP.

OK, didn't notice that, but when running installation, (I do have 10 installed and registered), I am asked to uninstall 10, is that right, also, maybe you want to point me to some links about upgrade, save me asking you too many questions.

It's OK to uninstall.  If MC10 was licensed on that PC, MC11 will find the license.
