Title: MC12 running after exit

(This is a problem I've been having since the early MC12's)

When I close MC, Media Center 12.exe is still running in the task manager. While it is still running, I cannot open MC12 again. To do so, I have to kill the process.

Any third party plug-ins?

Anything unusual about how you start MC?
