Title: Iriver Locks 12.0

Tried using 12.0 but when I plugged in my iriver iFP-599T the program locks up and will not operate until I disconect the unit.

Works great with 11

I've only just started uning this s/w having previously used iTunes so I'm not sure if this is just a case of operator error?

Try leaving it plugged in for a while.

If you can get to MC's options, try Handhelds, Redetect devices.

I managed to get it working but it was very slow and kept crashing. I've therefore reformatted the player so that the system sees it as a removable drive and that seems to cure the problem.
