Title: Windows mobile device still not remembering synced tag info

When I sync my PPC-6700 with MC for a second time, MC is not able to determine the tag information of the files already on the device.  Thus, even if certain songs are to be included and they are already on the device, they are deleted and re-copied as part of the sync.  (The plain filenames show up in the device track list.)   I can help debug this issue if someone is willing to tell me where the file database is stored on the device and a little about how it works.
