Title: How do I Move a viewscheme in to the root of the tree?

I've done it before, but can't remember how I done it!

click on the start or for instance services (i dont have start). go to edit and add a view scheme.

how do you move one though?

on the same line of thought....
If I set the "Pick files to show" to
[Filename (name)]=*

Why doesn't it show all files?
