Title: Feature Requests for Internal Cover Art, Mini View, and Display View

OK, just three from me:

1) Add a menu item to the Image menu to remove internal cover art and place it in the defined Track Images Location.  I believe the reverse is already possible by setting the "Store images in tags also" check box and doing an Image->Quick Find In File / Cover Art Directory (Which should probably be renamed to "Quick Find in File / Track Images Location" to match the new name in Options->File Location)

2) Add an option to keep the Mini View Always-on-top

3) Add an option to NOT auto-hide the controls in Display View.

is already so with most mini views. right click on the miniview and choose options.

OK, then I'll update it to: Add Always-On-Top to the Slim Mini View.  At least I can't find an option anywhere...
