Is it true that there is only a 3 day trial version for version 12. I am registered user of version 11. When I rip cd's with version 12, i turn off the auto start because i like to check the tag info as most of the time the date and genre are missing and i want to enter that info before ripping, but MC starts ripping as soon as a cd is loaded into the cdrom. Any suggestions? Thank you

Tools > Options > CD > [_] Enable Auto Rip Mode (Uncheck)

Thank For your reply. Farmer is a nic, I was farming until i had a farm accident. It was the program that told me that I had 1 day left of the trial 12 version when I wrote the message and today I can't use it. When i click on the version 12, i get a message that my 30 trial version has expired. I was hoping to be able to use the trial version until the first of the month as this time of the month funds are rather short.

normaly the trial expired in 30 days, there are somethings that may cut it short, like changing the date on your computer, and or changing your computer name.
i think there was a few programs that do this also.

Ok thank you, i didn't change the date or name knowingly, but a couple programs i did install could have changed something. Anyways I will wait to the 1st to purchase and will continue to use version 11 until then. In the 3 days i did get to use it, i was happy with it.
