Title: build missing thumbnails crashes

MC12 101

I wasted about 10 hours of CPU time trying to rebuild all thumbnails in a MP3 only library with about 60K tracks.

Gets through about 40K tracks then crashes.

When I restart does not recognize previous 40K thumbnails already created and starts over.

Tried creating thumbs via Import Now, same result.

Something is definitley broken in MC12. MC11 worked perfect.

Just to clarify. 99% MP3. A few other formats but don't think they are relevant to the issue.
