Thanks to the JRiver Team, KingSparta, and Doof, I now have everything I depended on with MC11 available in MC12.
From JRiver: a great new version of the product ;D (Special thanks to SwellGuy for providing proper iPod syncing) ;D
From KingSparta: Data Master - everything Lyrics Finder had plus more ;D
From Doof: A great Lyrics Editor ;D
So... I'm now 100% MC12. For those who are still using both versions, I would be interested to know what you need before you go 100% MC12.

I echo your compliments to JRiver. MC is my favorite piece of software. Before I switch to MC12, need to fix:
DVD import reports files changed when they haven't. (I reported this in other thread). Works properly in MC11.
Build missing thumbnails crashes (I reported this). Works properly in MC11.

I already switched to MC12 exclusively a couple weeks ago. For me, the "fixes" I was waiting for were the changes made to the TW.

I'm already there...

While I'm happy with MC12, I do have some requests that I hope get resolved:
Separate choice for Display Window (so it works with Track Info)
http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=36233.0
Ability to import/export smartlists
A complete backup of everything except the library (options, views, etc.) so you can duplicate your entire configuration on another PC.
The problem (or good thing) about software, is it's never done.

I completely agree. I've been a strong proponent of having a seperate choice of display for the AW for a while now (I actually started the thread you linked.)
There are also a few other issues that still need to be worked out (mp4's won't play over Media Server, Audible files no longer show art, etc.) but I still think that the program is far enough along to start using it instead of MC11.
