Title: Will installing MC11 effect MJ8?

I currently use MJ8.  I'd like to try out MC11. Will installing MC11 effect MJ8 that's already installed on my pc?

MJ8 is not compatible with MC anymore. You should uninstall MJ8 first.

However, you can make a library backup file with MJ8. This backup file can be restored in MC (and of course in MJ8 if you decide to continue with it). If you have more than one library you need to make a separate backup file for each library.

If you have cover art files inside MJ8 program path you should backup them too. The default location is "C:\Program Files\J River\Media Jukebox\Data\Cover Art".
