I love the work you put into the program and also that you release public betas/previews etc.
So, I downloaded version 9 and I have no clue what is new. It looks identical to version 8 to me. I dont understand how to display the mini album images in the lists. (I know that I am running 9.x I already checked)
I just dont understand why this isnt version 8.3 or something. The jump from version 7 to 8 was huge, the diference between 8 to 9 in time and features/interface, etc is minute.
Am I missing something?
How do I see the new features?

Try switching to an album cover view.
Try importing jpg files. Read the notes I posted in the download thread carefully.
Take a look at My Computer.
Try properties.

Thumbnails are very cool...
Here is one thing I noticed though. The small size thumbnail is the best size for displaY I think...But the font size doesnt display the whole title, even with more spacing...
Is there a way to either shrink the font so the whole song name (or most of it) is displayed?
Another thing that may be useful would be a thmbnail size between small and medium...
thanks
I didnt mean to sound so negative in the first post.. I ust waited a while to download and couldnt figure out what was new...
How about a READ ME text of "whats new and how to use it" with the release ;)

This kind of would be a rip off of the plug in "albm view" but is there a way or could there be a way to have all album covers shown, without having multiple iages for each track...
I like the thumbnail option, but find it distracting to look at 15-03 of the samw image in a row.
It would be cool if the album images were shown (one for each album)
double clicking on an album cover gets you to the track list for that album

Dave,
Provided you don't have cover art saved in the files, just make a copy of that folder and paste it into something like My Documents. Reason-if you uninstall 9 you have a back up of all your covers.
Then import that folder and you can see all the covers you have.

Dave,
Try switching the view. Ctrl-u will work.
