I've got Ghostbusters, Thriller, some movie music (John Carpenter) that sounds scary and some sound effects (an album of those is going to play on the outdoors speakers to greet the guests. I would like more suggestions for the day. Preferably not stuff like The Monster Mash. I think it's cool, the kids thinks it's totally lame and old. Much like what they think of me, I gues... ;D

When did they start celebrating Halloween in Norway?
Mannheim Steamroller - Halloween. (music and creepy sound efx) (it's available on that Rus. site)

I can't help you with the lameness factor, but...
The Purple People Eater - Sheb Wooley
The Addams Family Theme - Vic Mizzy
Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes - Lewis Lee
I Put A Spell On You - Screamin' Jay Hawkins
You also might want to check out some of the tracks on Halloween Hootenanny (from Rob Zombie and friends) (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00000DD28/ref=pd_cp_m_title/103-3403320-0538205).

Thanks for the suggestions! Unfortunately they came after the party, so I'll have to save them for next year, but I did pretty good, I think. Nobody complained, except for my wife, who didn't like the heaviest tracks (Alice Cooper - The Man Behind The Mask and stuff like that).
As for Halloween we started celebrating that in Norway 4-5 years ago, and it's growing at a hysterical rate because of the classic, unholy alliance: Shops discovering that they can blackmail parents with a whole new series of seasonal merchandise, and children discovering that they can blackmail people in their area for candy and other goodies because they are scared to be called a skinflint of their neighbours! ;)
